Organizational Effectiveness

Ensure that communication resources align with priorities and strategically drive business goals

Members of the Putnam Insights consortium have led and supported communications teams for some of the world’s largest, most dynamic organizations. In conjunction with the CCO, our team assesses business priorities to support the alignment of communication strategies, resources, and tools to build future restructuring or redeployment plans necessary to achieve goals.

To achieve this, Putnam Insights works with the CCO to critically appraise current business efficacy and future projections. We provide an analysis of present communication resources within the organization and recommend forward-looking communication resources.

Further, Putnam consultants have developed comprehensive strategic training programs for mid-to senior-level communication executives. These programs are built to enable the communications function to better serve business leaders and to help improve retention among communications teams through impactful professional development opportunities. Business drivers may include the need for periodic reassessment and refreshment of organizational structure, resources, and talent, as well as realignment in the context of significant change to the organization.
