As a DEI & communications consultant, Kelly Fuller develops people-centered strategies that address inequities in the workplace and support a more inclusive mindset and organizational culture. She is a catalyst for change who embraces intersectional, multi-generational perspectives to instill accountability, and transparency to drive equitable outcomes.
Prior to consulting, Kelly served as a senior director at a global social listening, consumer intelligence, and analytics company. During her tenure, she developed the Company’s first DEI measurement and analytics report for clients to uncover issues, tackle respective challenges, and assess perceptions in the marketplace.
Kelly has been recognized for her work counseling PR agencies and Fortune 500 companies on communications strategies that engaged global audiences and measured return on investment (ROI) tied to business impact. She’s also led marketing communications and business development at PR/Advertising agencies and tech start-ups.
Kelly serves on the Advisory Council for the Diversity Action Alliance (DAA) and the Advisory Board of Building Bridges, The City College of New York.
